Recruitment timeline

Deadline for applications: Friday 14 June 2024, midday.

All applicants contacted by: Monday 24 June 2024.

Interviews: Friday 5 July 2024. There may also be a second round of interviews, date to be confirmed.

Suggested start date: Late July/August 2024.

We recognise how much time and effort goes into crafting and submitting an application, so we’ll review each with the same care and attention. We do this by looking in detail at the application with reference to our essential and desirable qualities mentioned in the person specification above.

If the interview dates don’t suit you, please tell us in your application.

If you’re selected for an interview, we’ll send you the interview questions in advance. This is usually a couple of hours before the interview itself (this is so people don’t over prepare – it’s not an exam and the questions don’t require research or have ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers). If, for access, you would like them earlier than this, just let us know.

We'll let you know if our timelines change, and you’ll hear from us no matter what the outcome of your application.

If your application doesn’t result in an interview, we'll let you know but sadly we can’t offer feedback if we’ve received over 30 applications for a role as we just don’t have the staff capacity.

We'll contact all interview candidates with the outcome of the interview.

Key facts about our Selection Panels

We're seeking independent panel members to select the next round of Unlimited commissions, our UK and International Partner Awards. This is a great opportunity to diversify our selection panels, while ensuring disabled people remain the majority across all of our decision-making processes. Our aim is to ensure a wide range of perspectives are represented.

Who are we looking for?

  • We're looking for approximately 20-24 new disabled panel members, alongside representatives from funding bodies and key partners.
  • We prioritise people who define as disabled and bring fresh perspectives, knowledge, and experience to the table.
  • We’re looking for people with different artform focuses to make our panels as varied as possible, with a wide range of experience to draw from.
  • We're particularly keen to hear from people who have faced barriers to getting work made at some stage and/or have a good understanding of their specialised artform.
